Draft 4 up

This update has brought a lot of response to feedback. The big one is that there is a new style of monster card. The previous was a bit tough to read, so this is hopefully a fair bit of improvement.

We've also:

• Added more clarity about spread rules with the Flying Dutchman
• Added more clarity about Dracula's Moving Castle
• Adjusted prices
• Clarified some monster rules
• Clarified some associate rules
• Fixed the cards/monster appendix disagreeing

Finally, the crop marks on the new monster cards are off a little. They will be fixed soon.

This is getting close to the state it will be in. I want to get it on Tabletop Simulator or Board18 or the like to allow it to be a bit more available.
