Draft 5 up

We've got a fancy new phase table! I concluded it was necessary to make it clearer where phase transitions were happening, and give a visible reference for the changes.

Other changes:

• I've also updated some of the prices some more - particularly around phase 3. The Count is cheaper and the Grayback is a little cheaper. The Count needed to be encouraged, so the Suckling isn't horrible, and so that you've got a decision to make as to whether you go cheaper now, but cut off the Werewolf (which is more powerful than the Vampire)
• Fixed the cropping markers on the monster cards
• Fixed  'Suckling' being wrongly a 'Claw'
• Removed the 'reverse side' tokens. They're not necessary in the current version.

I'm particularly keen on feedback on the prices of monsters.
